Each of our apartments and studios is self-contained, originally furnished and functionally equipped, with a kitchen or kitchenette and a bathroom. Most of the flats are located in the heart of Krakow, in different places.

One-room apartments are self-contained flats which consist of a main room serving as a bedroom and a lounge at the same time (sometimes the mezzanine can also serve as a bedrooml) a kichen or kitchenette and a bathroom. The area of the flats ranges from about 30 m2 to 60m2. Every apartment is practically equipped and entirely independent. Most of them is located in the Old Town.

Two-room apartments are larger flats which consist of a bedroom, a living room (often performing the function of an additional bedroom), an independent kitchen or kitchenette in the living room and at least one bathroom. Spacious, nicely arranged interiors ensure relaxation in a good style. Most apartments are situated within the Old Town area.

Three-room apartments are comfortable, spacious flats which consist of two bedrooms and a living room (it can also serve as an additional bedroom) as well as a kitchen (alternatively a kitchen open to the living room) and one or two bathrooms. The apartments are usually located in the very centre of Krakow.

The studios are small self-contained, from about 15m2 to 30m2 in area, which consist of one main room or a room with a mezzanine which serves as a bedroom. The kitchen facilities are compactly arranged. The bathroom has a shower, sometimes a bathtub. The studios are located mostly in the Old Town.
